The PMT team consists of a Board of Directors and a Technical Team. The Technical Team is in charge of formulating and executing the activities. The Board of Directors, represented by the director Jan Vermeer, guides and supports the work of the Technical Team.
The Mono Tocón Project Technical Team is made up of young Peruvians who work independent, receiving advice and guidance from the board of directors and technical advisors. The team consists of a multidisciplinary group made up of biologists, environmental engineers, communicators and conservation managers, providing the necessary tools to deal with local environmental problems.
In addition, we permanently have a group of volunteers, thesis students and/or pre-professional practitioners, thus training the future conservationist for the San Martin region and the rest of Peru. Former students and employees now work for conservation organisation in many part of Peru and other countries.
Proyecto Mono Tocón is a local conservation initiative open to the participation of all those interested in conserving Peru`s biodiversity.
